Maxifleur had years of transactional data, but it wasn’t connected to email. In practice:
- Abandoned carts went unnoticed.
- Repeat purchases weren’t encouraged.
- Newsletters were generic, the same for every customer.
- Exporting data by hand was too slow to act on behaviour.
What is Reloadify?
Reloadify is a Dutch email marketing and automation platform built for e-commerce. Connected to Magento 2, it turns customer behaviour, order history and abandoned carts into automated, personalised campaigns, without exports or intermediate tools.

We connected Magento 2 to Reloadify so customer data, orders and the product catalogue stay in sync, and set it up for every Maxifleur store view.
Event-driven sync
An order, a new account or an abandoned cart is sent to Reloadify the moment it happens.
Nothing lost
If the API is temporarily unavailable, events are buffered and sent again.
Up-to-date product blocks
A product feed keeps prices and stock in emails accurate.
Multi-store view support
Emails are personalised by language and country, based on the store view where the customer ordered.
3The result
For the first time, Maxifleur’s marketing team could run fully automated abandoned cart flows, segmented by product category and order frequency. Behaviour-triggered emails get significantly higher open and click-through rates than the generic newsletters they replaced.

Which email platforms can you connect to Magento?
We work with Reloadify and Klaviyo, among others. The principle is the same: customer, order and product data flow from Magento to the email platform automatically.
Does the integration work with multiple store views?
Yes. At Maxifleur each customer receives emails in the language, and with the products, of the store view where they ordered.
What happens if the connection is down?
Events are buffered and sent again when the connection is back, so no abandoned cart or order is missed.
