For fashion and lingerie, size and fit matter. Customers often want to try something on, or pick it up the same day. The webshop didn’t help them:
- Customers couldn’t see which store had a product.
- Availability per size wasn’t visible at all.
- There was no option to collect an online order in a store.
- Store visits and online orders were disconnected.
Store stock as a sales tool
Showing store stock online turns the webshop into a guide to the stores. A customer who sees that their size is available nearby is more likely to visit, and pickup in store saves shipping costs on both sides.
2Our approach
We built store availability into the product page and added click & collect to the checkout, using stock data per store.
Availability on the product page
Every product shows in which stores it is available. A pop-up lists those stores, each linking to its store page and location.
Filter by size
Customers select their size and see which stores have that size in stock.
Pick up in store
In the Serbian checkout, customers choose a store from a list to collect their order.
Managed by the team
Stores can be added, changed or removed in the admin, and pickup orders are flagged for the back office.
3The result
Extreme Intimo’s webshop now sends customers to the right store with their size in stock, and gives them the option to collect an online order. Online and offline sales support each other instead of competing.

Can Magento show stock per store?
Yes, when stock per location is available. We show it on the product page per store and per size.
Where does the store stock come from?
From the retailer’s own stock data per location, imported into Magento.
Can different countries have different pickup options?
Yes. Each webshop or store view can have its own stores and rules. Extreme Intimo started with click & collect in Serbia.
How is this different from a store locator?
