Three systems, three versions of the same order. When they disagree, someone has to fix it by hand. At Maxifleur:
- Orders stayed on ’validated’ in Magento while they were already complete in Picqer.
- Orders paid with one particular payment method weren’t picked up by Picqer.
- Bundle products caused status mismatches.
- Credit memos made in the warehouse didn’t reach Magento.
What is Picqer?
Picqer is a warehouse management system for e-commerce. It handles picking, packing and shipping and talks to the webshop to receive orders and report back. When that link is reliable, the warehouse runs on live data; when it isn’t, statuses drift and finance works with the wrong numbers.

We traced every point where an order could get stuck between Magento, Picqer and Exact Online, and fixed them one by one.
Validation before picking
Orders pass a validation step in Magento before Picqer picks them up, including orders paid with buy now, pay later.
Status that follows reality
Orders that are complete in Picqer now complete in Magento too, including orders with bundle products.
Credit memos both ways
A credit memo created in Picqer is created in Magento automatically.
A fast hand-over
Slow order and product transfers to Picqer traced and fixed, including after the server migration.
3The result
Maxifleur’s orders now move from checkout to warehouse to accounting with matching statuses everywhere. The team no longer fixes statuses by hand, and financial reporting in Exact Online reflects what actually happened in the warehouse.

Can Magento connect to Picqer?
Yes. Picqer has a Magento integration for orders, products and stock. The work is usually in making it fit your order flow: validation steps, payment methods, bundles and refunds.
Why do order statuses get out of sync?
Usually because one system handles an edge case differently, such as a payment method, a bundle product or a refund. Finding and fixing those cases is what keeps three systems aligned.
Do credit memos sync automatically?
They can. At Maxifleur, credit memos created in Picqer are created in Magento automatically.
Do you also connect other warehouse systems?
Yes. The same approach applies to other WMS and 3PL connections: map the order flow, then make every status change reliable.
